Fertility Acupuncture
Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or working with an IVF clinic our Registered TCM Practitioners can support you in the process.
With your initial visit there will be a consultation + treatment. The consult will take between 30-45 minutes covering your general health (including checking your tongue & pulse) + more detailed information regarding fertility. The acupuncture takes up to 40 minutes and usually includes a scalp or leg massage to enhance the treatment and relax your body.
You can book this treatment at any point during your cycle. After your session your therapist will then advise you on the optimal days to book in after that.
*This treatment is also available for both male and female fertility.

Pregnancy Acupuncture
After your first visit your therapist with recommend regular weekly or monthly treatments of 40 minute sessions based on your unique symptoms and concerns.

Pre-Labour
Acupuncture can begin 3-4 weeks before your due date every 7-10 days.
Once you reach your due date or have been advised by your health care provider to initiate labour induction then we can start the acupuncture to induce labour.

Inducing Labour
With this treatment you will by lying comfortably on your side and needles are put in places that gradually stimulate the uterus and help cervical ripening.
This usually takes from 1-5 treatments spread out by 2-3 days.


TCM Tui Na Massage + Cupping (no acupuncture)

A traditional Chinese Medicine treatment without the use of acupuncture needles.
Using one or a combination of Tui Na massage, Cupping, Gua sha and to treat many conditions.


TCM Cosmetic Acupuncture (+ Facial Gua Sha)

This unique treatment consists of both the Facial Acupuncture + a Facial Massage. By ending each session with a facial massage this will maximize the overall benefits from each session to support facial rejuvenation and proper blood flow to the surface of the skin.
It is believed that with increased blood flow to the skin that the elasticity is strengthened and collagen production is increased.
To achieve the best results it is suggested to do a series of 10 sessions usually 1-2 treatments a week. This can be used as a preventative treatment but can be especially beneficial for clients who already have signs of aging, wrinkles, dry skin, pale skin or redness due to rosacea, sagging or loose skin.
Clients usually start to see results within 3-4 sessions. Most clients will do a series of 10 treatments with one follow-up maintenance every 3 or 4 months.

In the second and third trimesters your therapists will have you in a side-lying position. Pillows will be placed under your head, between your knees and one in front to hug for arm support. From here you therapist is able to massage you comfortably and safely, and still able to perform full body treatments.


Registered Massage + Cupping

Cupping therapy is added into your massage treatment to decompresses soft tissues using vacuum suction with silicone cups. The cup gently sucks to your skin and lifts underlying soft tissue into the cup. They can be left stationary and/or moved around to help improve circulation.
Cupping if great for stubborn knots!


Registered Massage + Lymphatic Drainage

A slow and gentle manual technique that is used to drain excess fluid from the body and improve the overall functioning of the lymphatic and immune systems. The gentle pressure is combined with rhythmic circular motions to reduce swelling and encourage the body's natural healing process.
