Psychotherapy & Sound Bath Healing
Psychotherapy, often referred to as "talk therapy," is a range of treatments designed to offer emotional relief by helping individuals overcome mental health concerns and challenging life circumstances within a safe, non-judgemental space where they can express and process their feelings and emotions. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process between a therapist and client focused on changing the thought patterns, behaviors, and feelings that may be causing distress or functional difficulties. Psychotherapy can help you develop healthier habits and coping mechanisms, enhance your relationships by improving your communication and interpersonal skills, and promote personal development and increased self-awareness. Therapists will seek to assess your specific issues, goals, and preferences and then offer a customised path forward that draws on multiple evidence-based therapeutic techniques to maximize the potential for positive outcomes.
